A tortilla press imported from Mexico has allowed for the freshest, hand pressed organic corn tortillas. The customer can watch as the tortillas are rolled out to perfection, puffing up as they are placed on the grill.
Using local and organic produce from the Noosa Hinterlands and surrounds, gives the chefs the ability to bring alive true flavours. Meat from Eumundi Meats, delivers a promise, that all our meat is free range along with our fish, which is delivered to us every morning.
Our fresh produce is provided by a range of local suppliers. Our eggs and honey are from the local organic farm store, Dragan Farms. These eggs are bought only one to two days after laying. Our organic produce is grown by Good Harvest and this is the usual source of citrus, cabbage, coriander and pineapples. Nuts are an important part of our business and we make sure we source high quality, Australian nuts. These are used for all our nut milks. Our nut milks are the basis our dairy free coffees and our dairy-free smoothies. We make almond, cashew, macadamia and pecan milks by activating them and blending them up in purified water.
The Cat’s Pyjamas specialty coffee, roasted by Seven Miles, was chosen for its high-quality beans and smooth, yet deep flavours. A rich chocolaty blend of Latin American coffee, blended with the finest beans from Sumatra creating the perfect cup.
